Family Nurse serves as your nurse in the family, ensuring you get the information necessary to guide healthcare decisions and ensure your choices are respected.
Services may include:

- Collaboration with your doctor and family
- Your own professional nurse who translates medical information
- Quarterly care plan review meetings via video conference to ensure your values are being respected in your care
- Advocacy and decision support for your family regarding your care, as you direct
How it works: Family Nurse provides an initial consultation via video conference to understand your concerns and needs. Answers will be provided as appropriate. The initial consultation is $150. If you desire on-going advocacy, the monthly subscription is $50/month for as long as you desire. There is no minimum length of subscription. You can cancel at any time, and if the need arises in the future, you may resubscribe without the initial consultation.

The subscription fee must continue for as long as you desire Family Nurse to serve as your durable medical power of attorney. The initial consultation is $150 and the monthly subscription fee is $50/month.
